"The Clarinet and Clarinet Playing" by David Pino is an excellent book
as well. According to Amazon.com, a new edition was published just
several weeks ago. The first edition (circa 1981) contains chapters
on instrument and equipment selection, embouchure, tone and
articulation, reeds, public performance, and teaching other
clarinetists.
