For those interested in the music of John Adams, he has a new work for
clarinet and chamber ensemble recorded on the Nonesuch label.. It is entitled
Gnarly Buttons and is played by Michael Collins, the noted British
clarinetist. It may be the only work in the literature to feature a sampled
cow moo! Enjoy.
