I'd like to open a discussion of the Contrasts.
What I'm interested in is hearing any and all comments on this wonderful work
from anyone who's performed it! >>

Make sure that you get a pianist and a violinist who can count, and are
willing to put in sufficient rehearsal time.

Do you have the original recording? Bartok, Szigeti, Goodman? I love that
recording, even though there are much better ones available. I feel that they
really convey the spirit of the piece.

About 20 years ago now (WOW....I'm OLD) I played a recital consisting of the
Contrasts followed by the Clarinet, Violin, Piano version of Histoire. Boy was
that fun!!!!!!!!!! Loved those days.
