No, I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I don't know whether to go to the
family physician or an ear, nose, and throat specialist. When I was on
Claritin, it didn't help. I have tried ear plugs when I practice because my
ears pop after about 5 minutes of practice. Sometimes, if I practice for a
very long time, the place where my throat and nose meet will start to hurt. I
have allergies, but I have problems all the time. Someone suggested to me
that maybe it was my posture, but no matter what posture (correct or
incorrect) seemed to solve the problem.
