Just an obervation: If you listen to Robert Marcellus, you'll hear the best-
sounding throat tones you are likely to hear, especially the b-flat. He never
used the side b-flat other than as a trill fingering. If you have the right
sound in your 'ear,' you can produce a wonderful b-flat without the techical
problems associated with constantly trying to reach the side key.
