Perhaps it's just a choice of words, but I'm surprised you say that you
would be *afraid* to do *anything*.

Obviously if something doesn't work, or give the results you want, you
stop doing it.

Do you keep your throat open when you whisper?

When you've whispered, do you find that you can't go back to speaking
normally?

Doesn't music sometimes require you to whisper?
