Subj: [kl] Rusty - and a full note flat!

Help! I LOVE the new Buffet R-13 I bought, and am starting to get some
practice in, working at reeducating my fingers, etc. Still making inquiries
about an instructor for private lessons, etc. (thanks to everyone who sent in
suggestions -- I'm trying to balance commute time, etc. and the holidays
before I start making calls --so my guess is that I won't start for another 2
weeks, plus or minus).

But when I play against an electronic A=440, the note that sounds the closest
is my B! (Aarrgghh!) I'm sure some is from non-existent embouchure,
forgotten technique, etc...which I'm sure an instructor will be able to help,
but in the meantime, any suggestions out there?

Thanks also to everyone who wrote about the safe, and I'm taking your advice.
