Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you're from Indianapolis, too. I
left in 1968. I did, however, see "Miss Lang" shortly before her death.
She seemed to know her end was near. She was uncharacteristically
emotional. I wasn't surprised to hear of her death soon after that.
Perhaps your mother or your church's tenor might be interested in
contacting me.

Was she the Principal Clarinet of the Norfolk Symphony at some time (maybe
around 1978 right before Patti Carlson)?
