A caution though; M.Bok told me that several charts of multiphonics in
this book were printed transposed (ie.showing pitches in C, not Bb), which
helps explain the terrible review it got in the Clarinet magazine when it
came out. There's also E.Michael Richard's "Bass Clarinet of the 2Oth
Century" from E and K Publishers (check the archives for e-mail address).
Great book!
