...that would certainly please me mightily, but I know from experience that
such an effort can be time consuming and an imposition. Moreover,
exchanging US dollars for other currency can be troublesome and I assume
there are some who would be reluctant [and understandable so!] to lay out
money in advance for someone they don't know personally. I hope this
doesn't sound too cynical but I am disinclined to ask favors when I
understand there is more than a casual effort involved.

On the other hand, if someone knows of a commercial source, say in the UK
or the Netherlands, where it is easy to telephone or fax and give a credit
card number, I would be thrilled with the opportunity to finally pick up
Henri's book that way.
