Neil,
I plan to construct the petition over the next week. My phone calls
regarding this issue have not been returned by Schirmer, therefore I will
likely be forwarding a hard copy. Further complicating things, they are very
reluctant to "do business" via e-mail exchanges. Are any Klarinet members
in a position to influence? I am a student, not a business woman and am
