Mark,

Sorry to perpetuate this off-topic thread, but I've been using Eudora Pro
for quite some time. It has included both a spell checker and support for
multiple e-mail addresses for as long as I've been using it. I use Eudora
on multiple PCs to download mail from multiple POP servers from multiple
ISPs and to send messages out via multiple ISPs. It's a full service mail
program, which I find more reliable than Netscape Mail. (I confess that I
didn't actually give MSIE Mail a chance.) If you want multiple users (that
is different people) to be able to use Eudora on the same PC, you'll have
to set up multiple folders (aka directories), and the instructions
presuppose that you are an expert; but otherwise it's simple to set up. (My
home machine is set up with profiles to allow four different users to keep
their desktops segregated and to read mail from multiple ISPs.)

Perhaps your limitation was associated with the free Eudora Lite, which I
found also too limiting. (Neither Eudora Lite nor Netscape Mail supported
multiple ISPs; that's why I bought Eudora Pro.) I realize that it's
tempting to use the mailers that are included with the "free" web browsers,
but -- for now -- Eudora (Pro) provides enough additional comfort to make
the low cost of the non-free package attractive to me, including a nice
email editor.
