I saw a similar Chinese clarinet, apparently purchased by my neighbors for
their sone through a mail order catalogue for about $150. "How bad could
it be?" they thought.
It was awful. It *looked* mostly like a clarinet, but the "springs" were
like
paper clips! They would not keep the pads down when air was blown through,
let alone allow for any regulation.
I hope they got a refund, or at least a "store credit."
