I've been using Netscape as my WWW Browser, Newsreader and Mailreader since 1995
and have had no difficulty whatsoever. I subscribe to eleven different mailing
lists, and between those and private correspondence, I average 250-350 e-mails
per day. On those few occasions when I'm away from home for a week or ten days,
I generally have 2000-4500 e-mails to download when I get back, and I download
them with no problem whatsoever.

I would venture a guess that your Netscape problems are less with Netscape
itself than with the way your ISP handles its mail and the way Netscape
interfaces with your ISP's software.
