My carrier uses Netscape mail. I had such a hard time with it at one point,
I had to call tech support and get them to make me a new mailbox. The thing
just refused to download my mail.

I have a heavy mail load and my mailbox got overloaded when I broke my leg
last year. After six weeks of lying flat on my back, I finally was able to
sit up and use the computer. I began to download over 3000 messages and the
server refused to give me my mail. When I called tech support and explained
what had happened, they told me it was my own fault for not having gotten my
mail and not to let it happen again or they would have to charge me for the
new mailbox set-up. When I explained about the broken leg, they backed off,
but the whole experience was distasteful. I changed to Eudora Pro software
and have not had any problems since. I have let mail go for weeks and
Eudora consistently gets my mail for me with no trouble. I don't know if
the "PRO is what makes the difference or not, but I surely like the
results.
