I would also buy the Russianoff set if it were available. I just found out
some interesting information. Apparently Russianoff wanted to have several
chapters by other teachers/players included in the books- the publisher
nixed the idea but some if not all of these were written. I think it would
be interesting to see if the publisher would include these- or depending on
the number they could be published by any publisher with the authors' consent.
