Boy do I remember this one! Back in the old days, you got ONE set of
manuals for all the users on the main frame AND they were written by those
who didn't realize that ordinary people couldn't understand computerese. I
ended up writing a "plain English" guide sheet for this one for the company
I worked for. That was a popular paper, made a lot of friends with that.
