I'll second what Carl said! For the past two summers I've had to come up
with the money to send my sons off to honor band or orchestras, and
they've been well worth it financially and emotionally for them and our
family. Will it help for college? Well, it'll help fill out that resume'
!! Most of the conservatories and university music schools will require
a resume' and repertoire list, and this will most definitely help. I'm
assisting my eldest in filling out those blasted forms now!
