There are not many more worthwhile ways to spend a thousand bucks - in my
opinion. Check out I.U. while you're there and network with the U
Michigan director. He may remember you when your audition tape shows up
for entrance to the University. Or spend the thousand bucks on tuition
etc and go to Round Top (see Mark Charette's posting of a few days ago)
for their 6 week workshop. It's a lot closer to your home. I don't
think you'll lose either way. Or do both.
