Subj: [kl] The reason I think my Orly is defective
Date: Fri, 4 Dec 1998 21:06:04 -0500

Hi everyone,

It's me again! Anyway, I posted about my Orly case I've just
bought, which I thought was defective. I now believe I am right! I've just
been talking to Phil Muncy, as I was going to try and get another case. I
was just going to order the Orly again when he asked me to hold on the
phone. A little bit later, he came back and mentioned that Pam, I believe
is his wife, mentioned that Orly has been having some quality control
problem! I was like AHA! That explained why I am not satisfied with my
case!
He was sincere enough to discourage me to get the Orly and
instead. consulted his wife which recomended the BAM double case. I was
very unsure, when he put me on hold again, where he went to get the case.
He then proceeded to explain to me how the case look like and while he was
there, I took the chance to ask him all sorts of questions, like
accesories compartment, music space etc. With the case in front of him he
explained it to me as he sees it. I could even hear him unzipping the
case! I was particularly please about the decent sized accessories
compartment and 4 barrels slot! The case cost $175 and is even less than
the Orly which is around $220 - $240 depending on where you get it!
Needless to say, I am excited about receiving the case!

Even thought some of the stuff in Muncy Winds are a tad bit more
expensive than like IMS, the quality of service is definitely unsurpassed.
Heck! Phil Muncy answered the phone everytime I ordered stuff from Muncy!
He is honest and obviously is not a totally profit oriented guy! What more
could I we ask for from a music shop?! Anyway, I just sent my Orly back to
IMS and 'impatiently' waiting for my BAM case!

Comments are welcome! :)

Soo
