Regarding the Russianoff books, I have not tried the publisher -
although I did contact the wrong Schirmer in NYC and found a fellow
clarinetist purely by accident! He knew of the books and gave me some
info, but it didn't pan out. My instructor here in Phoenix is trying to
get the books from someone in NYC. If this works out, I will let the
list know and/or hold the books hostage for a ridiculous price. Hey, it
worked for Tickle-Me-Elmo, didn't it? : )
