I have the Oxford University Press edition of the piece, and it gives the
following markings:

Introduction: eighth note at m.m. 88
Thema: quarter note at m.m. 104
Var. 1: quarter note at m.m. 108
Var. 2: no tempo change indicated, I stay at 108
Var. 3: quarter note at m.m. 120
Minore: eigth note at m.m. 64
Maggiore: quarter note at m.m. 120

These are some ballpark figures. I stick with them pretty much in my
practice of the piece, though I do like the Minore a tad slower to really
play up the dramatic contrast, and then I like to speed up the following
Maggiore as the piece comes to a close.

Good luck with the piece!
