Hi Soo,

I bought an Orly triple case April and it was finally delivered in July.
That is the only disappointing thing about it. It may be that the brand
clarinet you play is not the same size as those that the Orly case was
designed for (I play Buffet R-13s). In any case though, the Orly cases are
so expensive that if I was you, I would notify them immediately and tell
them of your situation. Hope this helps.
