Jack, you are correct. I have vol's 1,2,3,5,7 of the International excerpt
books. The remaining 3 volumes are indeed being withheld from U.S.
distribution. I only recently acquired 3,5, & 7 so wasn't exactly sure
of what I was talking about (remove foot from keyboard). I'm glad these
books are once again available - the first two volumes were invaluable
to me during my high school days with the Oakland Youth Symphony and I'll
be using them in the next 6 months as preparation for landing a position
with a local symphony (I hope).
