Subj: [kl] How to handle a new Bass-clarinet

In two days I will receive a new Bass-Clarinet. I heard that you have to
restrict the amount of playing the first days to prevent the instrument from
cracking. What is a good rule to follow. One salesman said :five minutes the
first day and then increase five minutes each day after. That seems as being
to cautious to me. What is the general rule?
