This problem, IMHO, is soooooooooooo easy to correct. If you want, there is an
authorized Buffet repair in Jacksonville, and I will take it for you to have it
fixed!
I realize that you don't know me, but others on this forum do and I would be happy
to assist.
I had this same situation with my Festival and am happy I took care of it. It
took 2 days for them to fix it in the height of marching band season, when they
were renting instruments at the rate of six per hour!
