Actually, acetic acid IS volatile! However, vinegar is only a 5%
solution, and the acid would not "concentrate" as the "water"
evaporated! More likely, there are probably "vinegar vapors" still in
your case. Doug is probably correct in suggesting that you try to
rinse/dilute the vinegar further with water. If you're really concerned
about "acid" (though it's probably not necessary), you might try rinsing
the foam first with water with a little bit of baking soda dissolved in
it to neutralize the acid. But then you'd want to be sure to rinse THAT
out with a few washes of water so the salts don't start attacking your
keys! Make sure the case really dries out! What you're seeing might not
be the reult of "acid" at all, but just moisture.
