You know, it's getting to the point where so many requests have
popped up for Russianoff's books, it might be realistic to pe-
tition the publisher for a limited printing. Who published
the two volumes in question? If somebody knows, please pro-
vide complete information:

(a) name and location of publisher

(b) as many copyright and reissue dates as possible

(c) the full titles of the volumes as they appear
on the front covers

(d) ISBN number
