Check out Woodwind INstruments and Their History by Anthony Baines,
Dover, about 12 bucks. The right hand differs in that (low) Bnatural is
1234, Bb 1234-6 or 12345-key. The left hand differs in that F is Th-2-
or Th1--(side key). There usually is not side key for Eb/Bb, you must
use the sliver key. The pinkies are self-evident, note that you can
make low F#/C# in either of two ways. Experiment. Put a reed on and
blow. With any imagination you can figure out the rest.
