I am looking for something that is both out of print and out of copyright.

It is Fiume March, published by Carl Fischer in 1920 (they weren't any
help).

The community college band I play in is looking for more music for an
Italian theme concert. I played this march in college about 30 years ago.
Unfortunately, the director from those years died about 5 years ago and the

current director doesn't think it is in the library. Anyone have a copy?

These piece may be out of print, but the copyright is still good on all of
them. Copying would be illegal.

You must contact the publisher and ask for copies - for which you will
pay, and they will either send you photocopies of their masters, or they
will grant permission for you to make copies - and you will then keep the
letter on file.

Been there, done that!
