Tony, thanks for your comments. Based on your feedback (and that of
a some others), I think I will certainly add a section on how
we *perceive* pitch and its implications, though I am not sure I
will go into as much detail as you did in your response, since
I think the article is already on the long side (though that
depends on what, if anything, I do with it).

Right now, though, I'll wait a bit longer to see if anyone else
has any comments....sort of like giving a draft to 200
of my closest clarinet playing friends (or however members we
actually have).
