I acquired my Albert fingering chart with a Rubank Elementary Clarinet Method
book that I purchased many years ago. The chart (Boehm on one side, Albert on
the other) was an insert in the book. I had the chart laminated for
"perpetuity."

Perhaps current versions of the Rubank book also contain the insert.
