There is a company called USA Case in the upper peninsula of Michigan
somewhere. I have seen one of their cases for tenor and soprano sax, and
they also provide the cases for the L.A. Sax slide trumpets. They tend to
be large, but lightweight, similar in overall construction the the Pro-Tec
cases.
