One could also slide off the l.h. E down to the Db (3rd and 4th notes).
That's what I thought of first, although the r.h. F to r.h. E might be a
bit easier. This was a fun and instructive puzzle; I hope more are coming
up.

I've done it with a slide from r.h. F to r.h. E (2nd and 3rd notes), then
naturally as it comes (l.h. E to the final Ab).
