Getting a slur from the Db to the left hand F is close to impossible on many
horns. The easiest way is play the Db normally, play F on the right hand,
slide the right hand down to the E, then proceed in the normal fashion.

The right hand F to E slide can be very smooth, even, and easy with a
reasonable amount of practice. This is one of the "standard" slides.
