Hmmm...
This would be akin to using the "bis" fingering on sax. I wonder if anyone
has ever added a small tab to the LH second finger pad cup to accomodate
this sort of thing (with the LH 1st finger, of course). BTW - is this
"modified bis" fingering for Eb anywhere near in tune? Seems like it'd be
quite sharp. Another option if you're not too concerned about the intonation
of the Eb is just leave all 3 LH fingers down and trill the first trill key.
However, this Eb is REALLY flat and does not often speak well (it's kinda
dead, actually) but if you're desperate ...
I also seem to remember that LH 1st & 3rd fingers produces a somewhat
usable Eb for tremelos, but I might be wrong on this account.
