Holding clarinet between knees, reach up with right hand and push down the
pad between
left hand finger 1 and finger 2. then waggle left hand 2 and 3.
(you asked for most efficient way to do tremolo -- you didn't say whether
you needed to
play any other notes in the same movement --- sorry)
