I've heard figures of $75-90 for Kanters originally. I dont know how
reliable some of the sources are, though. Considering they aren't made
anymore and they are extremely good mouthpieces I would say $200 was a
decent price. I would pay that much for one without consideration if it
played well. A lot of players around here use them and I can say with
first hand knowledge that they'll give up their Kanter mouthpieces right
after retirement.
