I bought 2 mouthpieces from James Kanter in 1989 and they were $110 or $120
then. They were in demand for quite awhile after that as he soon quit making
them. Consider that most custom mouthpieces are $150 and a Pyne is over $200.
I think if it works for you then $200 is fine. My Kanter went to Tom Masse who
gave me a Kaspar and a "new" Chedeville for the Kanter.
