Hi Rich,

You might try:

C Eb

C#/G# C#/G#

That only requires you to move two fingers on the left hand. If your
clarinet is like mine, the C will be a bit fuzzy and a bit sharp but probably
okay for a tremolo. Adding the right hand E/B key might help a little.
