Chris,
My appologies for such mediocre advice. When I gave you those tremolo
fingerings I didn't have my clarinet around. I guess I don't think to
well without it in my hands. [In high shcool theory I used to finger my
pencil alot.]

D#-F#[low]---keep your F# down while fingering D#
G-B throat to clarion---2SK's
C-Eb altissimo---just use your throat A key
C-Eb clarion---just finger Eb while C
G#-B throat---2SK's

When ever I come up against a seemingly nasty trill or tremolo I simply
experiment with fingerings until something easy and reasonably in tune
turns up. It usually takes only a few seconds.
