I contacted the travel agency suggested on the clarinetfest web page, and
got a quote of $983 to fly the BRUSSELS. The trip would have to take me
from New Jersey to Chicago (wrong way?), and then on to Belgium. Then I
understand it is a two hour train ride to Ostend. Whew! When I asked
about an upgrade to BUSINESS class (so I could fly with a little more
comfort), I was quoted $5163!!!! I am rather new at flying (Ohio was my
first time). However, I am not stupid either. $5183?? Any suggestions?
For $5183 I'd prefer to SWIM to Belgium.
