I occassionally have that problem, too. After I cut my head off, it
went away!
Seriously, though, try not to play to the point where you are fatigued.
Also, try to relax more when you play. I have asked my ENT doctor about
it, but I don't remember getting any helpful answer! I personally
believe that it is a weak muscle that we have to work on strengthening
(doctors on the list are welcome to contradict me!). I don't have the
problem nearly as often now as I used to - only when I'm really worn
out!
