Some of my musician friends are nurses. Just for laughs, during a rehearsal
last year one of them took my blood pressure while I was playing clarinet--not
exactly while I was playing but during a brief pause from playing. My pressure
was lower than before we began playing. To be scientifically accurate, of
course, this little experiment would have to be repeated many times.
