I hope it's all right for you to play clarinet again, but I think it's
dangerous to ask musicians a serious medical question. IMHO, the only person
who should try to answer is your own doctor. If you take your clarinet to the
doctor's office, he or she can take your blood pressure before you play, while
you're playing and afterwards.
