When I bought a copy of the Weber Grand Duo Concertant, it had a second solo
part - written for violin. I don't know who'd rearranged it (was it Weber
himself? Anyone know?), and I haven't ever got anyone to play it (my
sister's violin playing is not of a good enough standard, probably because
she's only 11), but it looks to be reasonably well done. Still, I don't
think I like the idea very much. Anybody else ever seen this before? It's
a fairly common edition (don't have it with me right now, so I can't tell
you exactly which one).
