Marty,

I never liked to jump into other people's conversations, but I couldn't
help reading that you bought your daughter a B45. I play on a B45 myself
and you are very right that it is very hard fro a beginner to play on. My
first mouthpiece was an artley. 3 years later I moved onto a Selmer HS**
- I found that to be the best of its kind.
Anyway, the point of my message is to tell you to keep that B45. It will
come in handy when she gets older. If you haven't tried the B45 with
VanDoren V12 reeds (I use 3½), you might want to.
Tell your daughter good luck and good practice!
:) Ginger
