I too have had good luck with Greg Smith mouthpieces.

He recently sent me a few, and I really liked his #1.

Nice core of sound, really well focused, and excellent control.

I've done enough mouthpiece refacing and inside work over the years to
recognize quality, and this is it.

Suits vandoren v-12 3 1/2 very well.

I've put away my Kaspar.
