I would certainly expect that a source of supply would exist in the St.
Louis area, but it has been a long time since I hung out there (I was born
and raised in Belleville, IL). WW/BW is on the very northern border of
Indiana (across the street from it is Michigan) so it is no closer to you
than Chicago. I'm sure they would send you one or more, though.
