This is Cindy...

I will try Abe's system on as many clarinets as I work on during the next
several months...or years. The chances of my scoring an Opus are almost nil.
But if those of you with real clout in the industry can get me some
"complimentary reviewer's units," I wouldn't refuse ;-)

When I wrote for computer magazines, companies would send us reviewers all
kinds of hardware. We had to send it back, of course, and couldn't keep it.
But it was nice to be able to play even temporarily with some of the things we
couldn't afford individually.

Seriously, Abe may have tried the key on some of the high end clarinets. Maybe
David has some experience in this regard, too.
